The Speer project was our first experience with a car charging station that uses cellular signal to communicate with the car owners. The station - which was three floors below ground -- notifies the owner that their car is done charging so they can move it to a regular space and let the next car in to charge. This isn't possible without a strong, reliable cell signal - which is exactly what we provided!
